We got amazing value for our money! The room was clean with fine views, and the location was so quiet and peaceful. The staff at Smallicombe Farm were cute and friendly.
The hotel breakfast menu would be even better with a larger variety of condiments and kitchen supplies.

I had an amazing stay at a farm in Devon. The accommodation was sparkling clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the beautiful countryside surroundings made it a relaxing experience. The hosts were warm, cute, and provided useful information about the area. I even had the opportunity to get involved in hands-on farm work, a highlight for me and my kids. The play area was perfect for them to burn off some energy. I highly recommend this farm stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely farm in the Colyton area. The value for money was excellent, considering the cozy rooms, beautiful decor, and the great location in the valley. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast selection could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Loved the interactive farm experience with adorable piglets. The breakfast hampers were a treat. The play area was massive! So many bats in the caves, I felt like Batman.
Just what I needed, a teeny tiny kitchen that couldn't fit half my groceries. How delightful.

The property offers a fantastic enclosed play area for kids, complete with a sunken trampoline, slide, climbing wall, nest swing, climbing frame. Additionally, there is a delightful toddler play area just outside The Granary and The Cider Barrel, equipped with a playhouse, slide, and sandpit. The outside space at Smallicombe Farm is truly child-friendly, perfect for families with young ones like ours.
For dads, it would be great to have a few more seating options near the play areas.

Beautifully presented room with all the necessary amenities. The stunning views from the accommodation were breathtaking. Located in a convenient area with plenty of activities within a short drive.
The sofa in the room was uncomfortable, especially for those with hip issues. The lack of noise from the surroundings made it a little too quiet for some.
